Welcome to Artyx. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

0. Operator

Artyx is currently operated and billed by BotMan AI LLC, a Texas limited liability company, acting as temporary reseller and merchant of record (transitioning to Artyx AI LLC) for the Artyx platform. References to "we", "us", or "Artyx" in these Terms refer to BotMan AI LLC unless explicitly stated otherwise. This arrangement is temporary: the operating entity will transition to Artyx AI LLC once that entity is established. We will update these Terms and notify users in advance of the transition.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Artyx, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of service

Artyx is a node-based desktop app for agentic game-art workflows across concept art, 3D assets, skins, texture packs, and export-ready production. Our service includes:

  • AI-assisted concept art and visual exploration workflows
  • 3D asset, skin, and texture generation and editing tools
  • Canvas-based workflow orchestration and agent-assisted creation
  • Export functionality in various formats

3. Account registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the AI models or algorithms
  • Circumvent usage limits or access controls
  • Distribute malware or engage in harmful activities
  • Resell or redistribute generated content as standalone AI-generated asset packs

5. Intellectual property

Your content

You retain ownership of content you input into our service. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your prompts, references, models, and related content to generate and refine game art assets.

Generated content

Images, assets, skins, textures, and related outputs you generate using Artyx are yours to use, including for commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the terms of the upstream AI model provider used to produce that output. Upstream providers (listed in our Privacy Policy) each have their own commercial-use, attribution, and content policies, and you are responsible for reviewing and complying with the policy of the provider that powered each generation. To the extent permitted by the applicable provider's terms, you receive a worldwide, non-exclusive license from us to use the output you generate.

Our property

Artyx, including its AI models, software, and branding, remains our exclusive property. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property.

6. Subscription and payment

  • Subscriptions: generation allowances, resolution tiers, and priority processing vary by plan
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

9. Modifications to service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
