Quick Run gets calmer and more reliable
This release focuses on making Quick Run and image references behave more predictably. Hard or messy requests are now handled with clearer guidance instead of raw errors, generated images can label themselves automatically, and several 3D and canvas issues were fixed so the app feels steadier in day-to-day use.
Release highlights
What’s new
-
Cleaner Quick Run responses
When a request is too complex, out of range, or asks for something the app can’t do, Quick Run now adjusts the plan or shows friendly guidance instead of failing loudly. That means fewer dead ends in the bottom bar and per-node composer.
-
Auto-named generated images
Generated images now create their own name and description automatically. Those labels also show up in reference chips and chat history, so it’s easier to pick the right image later.
-
Reference order matches your selection
Image references now follow the order you clicked them in, rather than the visual order on the canvas. This makes numbered references like “image 1” and “image 2” much more predictable.
-
3D and viewer fixes
3D cancel now properly stops the job, refunds it, and clears the in-progress state. The 3D viewer overlay and background color picker also work correctly again.
-
Session stays open after restart
Multi-tab sessions now survive an app restart, which helps if you switch between several canvases or documents during a project.
In the app
Where to find it
- 01
Open the bottom bar or any node composer and try Quick Run as usual.
If a request is too broad or not supported, you should now see a calm suggestion or an adjusted plan instead of a raw error.
- 02
Generate an image and then look at its label in the canvas, reference chips, or chat history.
The app now adds a name and description automatically, so the image is easier to identify later.
- 03
Select multiple reference images in the order you want to use them.
The numbered references now follow your click order, so the first one you choose becomes image 1.
- 04
Open a 3D job or viewer from the canvas and use the cancel control or viewer settings.
Cancel should fully stop the job, and the solid/wireframe overlay plus background color picker should behave correctly.
- 05
Restart the app after working across multiple tabs.
Your open session should come back instead of disappearing.
